With a Master's degree in Organizational and Strategic Leadership, Jenna serves as a primary HR consultant handling various HR issues such as compensation, benefits, employment, employee relations, and payroll. Prior to their current role as CEO at Tower Behavioral Health, Jenna has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition, colleague relations, performance management, and vendor relations within the healthcare industry.
