Aydel Tampubolon's work experience includes the following:

- From 2019 to the present, Aydel worked at Tower Bersama Group as a Sr Ip Transport Engineer. In this role, Aydel was responsible for designing and planning various projects related to IP Core transmission, internet delivery, and activation of new customers. Aydel also created estimates for Capex/Opex BoQ for forecasting and market prospects, and participated in joint tendering and document proposal tendering. Aydel coordinated and controlled project processes with various divisions within the company, such as Procurement, Asset, Project, NOC, Business Analyst, Finance, and Radio Network Engineering. Additionally, Aydel worked with third-party teams to discuss design, budgeting, and implementation for ISP Triple play service, ATM Banking MRT internet retail service, and integration of customer operator products. Aydel also led teams and partners to ensure projects were executed according to SOW and timeline.

- From 2014 to 2019, Aydel worked at PT. Lintas Teknologi Indonesia as a Network Engineer. In this role, Aydel performed installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance of various equipment related to GPON OLT and MDU Alcatel-lucent. Aydel was also responsible for creating MOP XGPON Alcatel Lucent Integration and troubleshooting.

- From 2012 to 2014, Aydel worked at Huawei as an Engineer.

- From 2011 to 2012, Aydel worked at PT. XL Axiata Tbk under MKU as an Engineer. Aydel supervised and controlled vendor activities, developed corrective action plans for critical issues, identified system and process improvements, and maintained and repaired electrical, Telco, IT, and temperature/humidity systems.

- From 2010 to 2011, Aydel worked at PT. Gunatel as a Technical Support. Aydel performed installation, analysis, and backup of performance data for optic cables, and installed and configured Cisco Catalyst switches.

- From 2009 to 2010, Aydel worked at PT. Inparsaka as a Network Engineer. Aydel performed installation and acceptance tests for BTS Huawei U3900 and DSLAM/MSAN Huawei U5000. Aydel also solved customer request cases and reported according to processes.

- From 2003 to 2005, Aydel worked at PT. Ateja as an Electro Mechanical Technician. Aydel installed electrical systems and equipment, diagnosed problems, checked for current leakages, and supervised junior electricians.

Aydel Tampubolon earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani) between 2005 and 2009. In addition to this, Aydel obtained several certifications from Juniper Networks including Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate (JNCDA), Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos), Juniper Networks Certified Professional, Service Provider Routing & Switching (JNCIP-SP), and Juniper Networks Certified Specialist, Service Provider Routing & Switching (JNCIS-SP) in July and August 2017.
