Debi Haningsih

Debi Haningsih has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as an Editorial at Sigma Radio, where they covered events and conducted interviews. In 2020, they were a Public Relations Coordinator at Kampus Indonesia, responsible for marketing and communications. DEBI also had the opportunity to be a moderator at an event. In 2019, they served as a Laboratory Assistant at Institut Teknologi PLN. In 2021, they had a student internship at PT PLN (Persero), where they worked in different divisions, including maintenance and planning. In 2021, they worked as an Electrical Project Engineer at PT Repayo Mandiri. Currently, they are working at Tower Bersama Group as a PM CME Section Head and is participating in the TBIG Leader Development Program.

Debi Haningsih's education history begins in 2017 when they enrolled at Institut Teknologi PLN. DEBI pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Teknik Elektro dan Listrik, which they completed in 2021. Before attending the institute, they attended TITIAN TERAS H.A.S Senior High School from 2014 to 2017, focusing on the science field.

In addition to their formal education, Debi Haningsih has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they completed a training on light installation organized by HIMAPRODIT ITPLN. In 2018, they obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist certification for Word 2013. In 2019, they received training in simple home electrical installation equipment, theory, and practice from PT Reka Ciptajaya Pratama. DEBI also completed a certified course on electrical equipment in hazardous areas offered by Institut Teknologi PLN during the same year. In 2020, they participated in training for Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) conducted by Pelatihan Otomasi and obtained certifications in Autocad and Inventor from Kementrian Riset dan Teknologi BEM ITPLN. Continuing their professional development, they completed web programming training in 2019 and obtained certifications in SQL courses and Dialux training in 2021. Most recently, in 2022, they completed the Basic Autocad Training organized by Autodesk and an English Proficiency Test administered by Universitas Telkom.
