Kristi Maharani

Kristi Maharani has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Kristi started their career in 2007 as the Djarum Foundation Scholarship Awardee at PT DJARUM. From there, they worked as a Freelancer Tester at LPKM UGM from 2009 to 2011. Kristi also gained experience as a Project Leader at IQ Consultant from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they interned as a Recruitment Intern at PT Bintang Toedjoe. Kristi then joined PT. Astra International Tbk as a Recruitment Supervisor from 2011 to 2012. From 2013 to 2017, they served as Corporate Human Resources (Recruitment) at Triputra Group. Currently, they are working at Tower Bersama Group, where they have held various positions, starting as a Recruitment Analyst from 2017 to 2018, then becoming the Talent Acquisition Head from 2018 to 2023, and currently serving as the Talent & Performance Management Head since 2023.

Kristi Maharani completed their education at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). From 2005 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Following this, they pursued further education and received a Magister Profession degree in the same field from UGM from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kristi also obtained a certification as a Certified Human Resources Program Executive from PT. GML Performance Consulting in October 2021.
