Nia Kurnianingsih has a diverse work experience in various companies. Nia started their career at Telkomsel in 2003 as a Customer Service representative, where they excelled in solving customer problems and maintaining customer satisfaction. Nia also gained knowledge in GSM systems and handled cashier duties.

In 2007, Nia joined Ericsson and worked in Account Management, demonstrating their ability to build and sustain client relationships. Nia also served as a Department Secretary, showcasing their organizational and administrative skills.

Moving on to Nera Networks in 2011, Nia focused on Business Development Network Infrastructure. Nia conducted strategic account reviews, identified customer needs, and provided valuable feedback to the Product Marketing team.

Since 2012, Nia has been a part of the Tower Bersama Group. Nia initially assumed the role of Service Development, where they generated ideas, analyzed business models, and executed the deployment of new products. Later, they progressed to become the Department Head of Product and Partnership Development, responsible for developing product strategies and fostering partnerships. Currently, Nia is the Division Head of Digital Solution, leading the digital solutions division within the company.

Nia Kurnianingsih's education history includes a diverse range of academic pursuits. In 2004, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitas Diponegoro. Following this, they attended BINUS University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics. In 2015, Nia enrolled in Stanford Continuing Studies for two separate courses, focusing on Organizational Leadership and Financial Planning and Services. Nia'seducational journey continued in 2021 when they joined Imperial College Business School for a program in private equity.
