Selvia Chang

Selvia Chang began their work experience in 2007, joining PT. Finansia Multi Finance as part of their Management Development Program. selvia then served as the KPR Supervisor Head from April 2008 to April 2009.

In 2009, Selvia Chang transitioned to the Tower Bersama Group, where they held various roles. selvia started as a Business Process Staff in April 2009 and was promoted to Quality Management Supervisor in February 2012. From there, they became the Quality Management Department Head in February 2014, responsible for ensuring quality standards within the company. Selvia was later appointed as the Strategic & Improvement Management Department Head in February 2017, where they focused on implementing strategic initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

Most recently, Selvia Chang served as the Project Closing & Document Management Department Head at Tower Bersama Group, starting in July 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the closure of projects and managing documentation processes.
