Kelsey F. Olson

Kelsey Olson graduated from Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in 2007. After graduating, she began her career in commercial construction engineering before transitioning to the wireless industry. In December 2007 she joined the TEP team as one of the original engineers in the Denver office, helping to establish a presence in the western USA. She has experience climbing and inspecting telecom structures, designing cellular sites, and performing site acquisitions for a variety of nationwide carriers. In 2011, she took the lead role as Division Manager for TEP Denver’s structural team. Her expanding and diversified team provides structural evaluation and modification design for telecommunications supporting structures.
