Jason Alexander, MBA, has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jason started their career as a Senior Teller at Credit Union Service Center in 2000, where they assisted members with account transactions, trained new tellers, and handled cash deliveries. In 2003, they joined Chartway Federal Credit Union as a Software Analyst, responsible for deploying and maintaining intranet, internet, online banking, mobile banking, and bill payment systems. Jason also collaborated with stakeholders and vendors, provided statistical information to management, and played a crucial role in integrating 3rd party products with the credit union's core system. From 2014 to 2019, Jason served as the Manager of eCommerce at Tower Federal Credit Union. In this role, they managed the evolution of electronic product and service delivery channels, evaluated technologies for member service delivery, and coordinated operations of the eCommerce unit. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President of eCommerce, further expanding their responsibilities in this area.

Jason Alexander, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management at Strayer University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in General Business / Management and Computer Information Systems from Norfolk State University between 1998 and 2002.
