Alexandra Short

Alexandra Short is an experienced educator and library services professional with a diverse background. Currently serving as an Instructor at Drexel University College of Medicine since August 2024, Alexandra also holds the position of Director of Library Services at Tower Health, a role maintained since September 2011. Prior experience includes teaching at Manheim Township School District from August 1997 to September 2011 and working as a Personal Lines Insurance Underwriter at Chubb Insurance from January 1989 to April 1991. Alexandra holds a Master of Science in Library Science from PennWest Clarion (2005), a PA Teacher Certification in Secondary Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania (1993), and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut (1988).
