Ian Morgan

Ian Morgan has a strong background in healthcare administration. Ian currently serves as the Regional Director of Physician Practices at Tower Health since July 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Physician Practices at the same organization from July 2020 to July 2022. Ian also worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement from April 2019 to July 2020.

Before joining Tower Health, Ian worked at Reading Health System as an Outreach Manager in the Laboratory department from November 2015 to April 2019. Ian also gained experience at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they held various managerial positions. This includes Operations Manager from June 2015 to October 2015, Administrative Manager for Business Operations from June 2013 to May 2015, and Administrative Manager for Outreach Services from May 2012 to May 2013.

Ian began their career as an Administrative Resident in Pathology and Lab Medicine at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in May 2011. Ian also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at Penn State University from 2010 to 2011.

Ian Morgan, MHA obtained their Master's degree in Health Administration from Penn State University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Legal Environment of Business from Penn State University from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they hold a certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Michigan.
