Karen Fiscus

Karen Fiscus has a diverse work experience in the field of HR onboarding and compliance. Karen is currently employed as the System Director of HR Onboarding & Compliance at Tower Health since 2016. Prior to that, they worked as the Manager of Onboarding Compliance at Tower Health.

Before joining Tower Health, Karen worked at Reading Health System for a significant period. Karen started as a Senior Recruiter in Talent Acquisition in 2002 and later transitioned into the role of Talent Acquisition Supervisor in 2015. As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, they served as a leader and mentor to the Talent Acquisition team, led projects related to onboarding and talent acquisition, and played a significant role in the development and training of the team.

Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated their expertise in the full cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, directors, and vice presidents to fill various positions. Karen is skilled in using applicant tracking systems such as NowHIRE & Lawson.

Karen Fiscus earned a B.S.N. in Nursing from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. Karen then went on to complete their M.B.A. in Business at Alvernia University from 2003 to 2007.
