Lena Keitt-Johnson

Lena Keitt-Johnson currently serves as System Director for Organizational Development and Instructional Technology Online Learning at Tower Health, where responsibilities include collaborating with HR and system leadership to drive strategic direction and implement change management initiatives. Prior to this role, Lena accumulated two decades of experience at H&M, progressing through various positions, including HR Specialist for Talent Development, Logistics Function Manager and Global Auditor, U.S. Purchasing & Procurement Manager, Regional Visual Merchandiser, and District Visual Merchandiser. Throughout this tenure, Lena demonstrated expertise in people development, supply chain efficiency, and visual merchandising, achieving significant cost reductions and enhancing brand success. Lena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Merchandising from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre-Med & Biology from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania.
