Beth M S. has extensive work experience in the supply chain, procurement, and logistics industry. Beth M is currently the Vice President of the Vendor Management Office at Tower Hill Insurance Group since January 2021.

Prior to that, Beth worked as the Founder & Principal Consultant at Bolster Partners from August 2015. There, they provided customized consulting services to the supply chain, procurement, and logistics industry, focusing on critical issues and opportunities.

From September 2018 to January 2021, Beth served as the Global Director of Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics at Virgin Voyages. In this role, they successfully managed various functions such as indirect, direct, FF&E, marine, technical, fuel, F&B, IT, OS&E, capex, design, corporate, warehousing, and distribution. Beth M also built the department's strategy, SOPs, organization, processes, budgets, systems, staff, reporting, and KPIs. Beth effectively managed departmental budgets, spend, and the procure-to-pay process, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery of goods for Virgin's first company ship, the Scarlet Lady.

Before joining Virgin Voyages, Beth was the National Director of Purchasing & Supply Chain at Smokey Bones. From January 2016 to September 2018, they led all supply chain, logistics, and procurement functions for the company, including food, beverage, small wares, disposables, non-regulated electric/gas, other indirect items, logistics, and distribution. Beth M also successfully facilitated a major transition of the company's national food service distribution program through bidding, contracting, and leadership.

From December 2013 to December 2015, Beth served as the Global Director of Purchasing at Norwegian Cruise Line.

Prior to that, they were the President/Owner of Lilikoi & Company from August 2010 to February 2015.

Beth began their career at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines in 2005, where they held the positions of Corporate/Global Food & Beverage Development Manager from March 2008 to August 2010, and Global Commodity Purchasing Manager from September 2005 to March 2008.

Beth M S. has a diverse education history. Beth M holds an M.B.A. degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Beth M also has an Associate of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.

In addition to their formal degrees, Beth M S. has obtained various certifications. Beth M is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certified by LEAN SIX SIGMA INTERNATIONAL. Beth M has also completed the Serv Safe Food Protection Manager Course and holds a certificate of completion from ServSafe Certified. Additionally, they are a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certified by the Institute for Supply Management.

Beth M S. has further enhanced their skills and knowledge through specialized training. Beth M has completed the Mastery of Wine for Professionals course from Florida International University. Beth M is also certified in Negotiation and trained in Intervention & Prevention for Servers of Alcohol (T.I.P.S.) through Tips Alcohol. Furthermore, they have completed the Sommelier Certificate Course offered by the United States Sommelier Association.
