Charles Lepage

Charles LePage has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Charles started their career in 1983 at Publix Super Markets, where they worked as a Grocery Team Leader, managing inventory control and leading a team of employees until 1999. In 2000, they joined AOL as a Customer Care Consultant, where they successfully grew a diverse client base by delivering relevant solutions and improving customer experience. In 2002, Charles joined Tower Hill Insurance Group, initially working as a Customer Service Representative before progressing to the role of Quality Review Analyst III and Personal Lines Underwriter III. Throughout their time at Tower Hill, they supported customers, assisted agency partners, and conducted user acceptance testing. Additionally, Charles has also been the owner of ComicList.com since 1995, where they created and maintained the website, eventually selling it to GoCollect in 2014.
