Cindea Ilgen is an experienced professional with a versatile background in project management, systems analysis, and strategic planning. Cindea is currently serving as Vice President Systems Strategic Initiatives at Tower Hill Insurance Group, where they play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives for the company's systems. Cindea Ilgen, PMP, holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Systems and Operations Management with a Minor in Auditing from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business. Cindea completed their master's education from 2006 to 2008.

Prior to their master's degree, Cindea Ilgen earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from the University of Florida - Fisher School of Accounting. Cindea pursued their undergraduate education from 2002 to 2006.
