Commercial Underwriter III at Tower Hill Insurance Group

Coneatra Miller has extensive experience in the insurance industry. Coneatra started their career in 1997 at Hewitt Associates, LLC, where they worked as a Benefits Representative I. In this role, they handled various tasks such as COBRA research, retirement benefits calculations, and counseling participants on benefits enrollment packages.

In 1999, Coneatra joined Tower Hill Insurance Group as a P&C Insurance Underwriter II. Coneatra reviewed and pre-qualified accounts for designated agents in Central Florida and also served as a primary trainer for agents on the Personal Lines Auto product. Coneatra was later selected by leadership to provide training for new associates in Personal Lines Underwriting.

In 2002, Coneatra joined Nationwide Insurance as a Senior Commercial Underwriter. Here, they managed a business portfolio of $4.5 million and worked in partnership with 15 agencies. Coneatra conducted visits to coastal agent markets to increase familiarity with local commercial businesses for prospecting.

Coneatra returned to Tower Hill Insurance Group in 2010, where they held multiple positions. As a Commercial Underwriter III, they utilized sales, marketing, and analytical skills in reviewing commercial business opportunities. Coneatra also developed and maintained relationships with independent agencies, provided customer services to internal and external partners, and assisted with new hire training and mentoring. Later, they became a Commercial Underwriting Manager, overseeing the commercial underwriting department.

Throughout their career, Coneatra has demonstrated strong analytical, sales, and customer service skills in the insurance industry.

Coneatra Miller attended Rollins College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Coneatra later pursued further education at Webster University from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Management and Leadership.
