Dani Wheeler

Dani Wheeler has a extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies.

At Tower Hill Insurance Group, Dani started as AVP Personal Lines Underwriting in August 2016 and transitioned to AVP Product Management in August 2017. In October 2018, Dani was promoted to the role of Chief Underwriting Officer.

Prior to Tower Hill, Dani worked at USAA for over two decades. Dani started as a Service Representative in July 1990 and progressively advanced through various positions. This includes roles such as P&C Underwriter, Property Staff Underwriter, Underwriting Technician Manager, Underwriting Manager, Director Underwriting Compliance, Director of Enterprise Innovation, Director of Underwriting Property Policy, Director of Property Underwriting Innovation & Development, and Director of P&C Strategy USAA.

Throughout Dani's career, they have demonstrated expertise in underwriting, compliance, strategy development, innovation, and project management. They have been responsible for leading teams, driving process improvements, and developing strategic plans.

Dani Wheeler's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Management from the University of Colorado, obtained in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Southern Colorado, where they studied from 1985 to 1989.

In terms of additional certifications, Dani obtained the Six Sigma Lean - Green Belt Trained certification in October 2013. Dani also holds an Associate in Risk Management certification from AICPCU, which they obtained in December 2011. Furthermore, Dani has a CPCU certification from AICPCU, obtained in December 1999.
