Dzmitry Frytsin

Dzmitry Frytsin has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and quality assurance. Dzmitry started their career at G2X as a QA Analyst, where they conducted compatibility tests and monitored program performance. Dzmitry then moved on to the National Academy of Sciences as a QA Engineer, where they worked with the product manager to define requirements and mentored junior QA engineers. Dzmitry then joined MECLABS as a QA Analyst, evaluating and testing software programs and recommending improvements to programmers. Dzmitry later joined Tower Hill Insurance Group, where they held two roles. As a Programmer, they supported the automation effort by developing new software systems and maintaining existing systems. Later, they transitioned to a QA Analyst role, where they contributed to the automation effort by developing new automation scripts and scenarios. Throughout their roles, Dzmitry emphasized effective collaboration between technical team members and management.

Dzmitry Frytsin attended Belarusian State Technological University from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Energy Effective Technologies and Power Engineering Management.
