Kathleen McKim has more than 25 years of work experience across various companies in roles such as Vice President of Service Excellence at Tower Hill Insurance Group, Director of Operations at Del Toro Insurance, Director of Local Offices at GEICO, and Business Transformation Manager at BoatUS. Kathleen has also held positions such as Regional Sales Manager and Project Manager at GEICO, as well as roles in customer service and management at both GEICO and Fiserv. Kathleen McKim obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from the University at Buffalo between 1989 and 1994. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies from the University at Buffalo. Later, between 2008 and 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business at Canisius University.
