Jessica Douglass has extensive experience in education and mental health, currently serving as the Interim Dean of Students, a Teacher of History and Wellness/SEL, Dean of the Class of 2024, Teaching and Learning Specialist, and Equity and Inclusion Coordinator at Tower Hill School since July 2018. Previously, Jessica worked as a Learning Specialist and Math Teacher at The Pennington School, and held roles as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist and Clinical Social Work Intern at Crozer-Keystone Health System. Additional experience includes internships in school social work at Upper Darby School District and ASPIRA, Inc. of Pennsylvania, as well as marketing management at Oddcast and admissions at Saint Mark's Episcopal School. Jessica's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia, a Graduate Certificate in Mathematics Learning and Teaching from Drexel University, a Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College, graduate coursework in Humanities from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Haverford College.
