Nanette Dudek

Nanette Dudek is vice president of legal affairs and compliance and corporate secretary at Tower International. Nanette has held this position since October 2005. Prior to that, they were project manager at Visteon Corporation from July 2001 to October 2005. Before that, they were legal services supervisor at Johnson Controls from July 1996 to July 2001.

Nanette Dudek has extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and compliance. Nanette has played a key role in many of Tower International's major transactions, including due diligence, closings, and government incentive work. Nanette is also responsible for the company's compliance with anti-trust guidelines and regulations. In addition to their corporate law experience, Nanette Dudek has also been involved in diversity training and human resource investigations.

Nanette Dudek has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Business and Communications from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

They are on a team with Reid Southby - Executive Vice President and General Manager, North America, Doug Wagner - Senior Vice President, Sales Operations, and Mark Flynn - Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources. Nanette Dudek reports to James Gouin, CEO.
