Norm Needleman is a seasoned political and business leader currently serving as the Connecticut State Senator for the 33rd District since January 2019. Needleman has been the First Selectman of the Town of Essex, Connecticut, since 2011, showcasing strong local governance. As the President and Founder of Tower Laboratories Ltd. since 1979, Needleman has a long-standing background in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of E Z EM Company from 1974 to 1981. Needleman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Adelphi University, completed in 1973.
