Hawk Chen is a seasoned professional in audit and risk management with a diverse background across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Audit Advisor at Tower Insurance since September 2023, Hawk focuses on risk-based audits and consulting to enhance operational efficiency in New Zealand and the Pacific region. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at EY, where Hawk delivered internal and compliance audits for entities in New Zealand and Australia. Hawk also contributed as an Accounting Advisor for Auckland North Community and Development, offering advisory services to charities. Previous leadership roles include Head of Risk Management and Internal Audit at China Oceanwide Holdings Limited and Head of Internal Audit at Golden Concord Holdings Limited, overseeing comprehensive audits across numerous corporate functions. Hawk's extensive experience in corporate audit and risk management began at Flex, where multiple progressive roles were held over 13 years.
