Nigel Tucker has extensive experience in program management and operational leadership, currently serving as the Programme Manager for the Foundations First Taskforce Programme at Tower Insurance since August 2006. In this role, Nigel drives sustainable growth and innovation by implementing best practices in customer data management and transformation initiatives. Previous positions at Tower include Head of Portfolio Planning Execution & Change, Acting Transformation Director, and Senior Project Manager, among others. Prior to Tower Insurance, Nigel worked at the New Zealand Ministry of Justice as Business Lead for the Collection of Fines at Airports Project and led a 150-seat Collections Contact Centre. Earlier roles in various organizations include positions in operations management and customer service. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Auckland.
