Sithara Hayavadana

Sithara Hayavadana has extensive experience in data engineering and technology leadership, currently serving as both Data Platforms and Engineering Lead and Senior Data Engineer at Tower Insurance since October 2018. Previous roles include Data Migration Specialist at Foster Moore - The Registry People™ and various positions at Infosys, including Technology Lead, where responsibilities involved stakeholder interaction and leading different stages of the software development lifecycle. Sithara began the career as a Senior System Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University, completed in 2008, along with a 10th grade degree in Science from Cauvery.
