Wilfred Baxter

Wilfred Baxter is an experienced professional currently serving as a Team Leader at Tower Insurance since February 2023, after previously holding a Team Leader position at Health Deal from August 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing employees’ sales skills and strategies for effective presentations. Prior to that, Wilfred worked as a Team Supervisor at Mindpearl from May 2016 to April 2021, focusing on various operational activities to ensure high standards in customer service. Additional experience includes a Security Officer role at New World Supermarket and serving as an Executive Secretary at a Non-Profit Organization. Wilfred is pursuing a Professional Diploma in Business Management from The University of the South Pacific and has a strong educational background from the same institution and Queen Victoria School.
