Joe Cotton

Joe Cotton is a seasoned professional in business development and sales, currently serving as Business Development Manager at Tower MSA Partners, LLC since March 2025. Prior to this role, Joe was the VP of Sales at Prestige Managed Care from April 2023 to March 2025 and held the position of Regional Sales Manager at Presque Isle Rehabilitation Service, LLC from October 2022 to March 2023.
