Gabrielle Boulay

Gabrielle Boulay is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management, project coordination, and the culinary industry. At Tower Research Capital since May 2013, Gabrielle has served as Director, Head of Office Management and Culture, and Global Head of Office Management & Travel, focusing on process improvement, project management, and global travel oversight. Prior experience includes roles as Office Manager and Kitchen Manager at Downtown Cookie Co from 2009 to 2012, where responsibilities encompassed cookie production, quality control, and overall business operations. Gabrielle also briefly worked as a cake decorator at Butterfly Bakeshop in 2010, specializing in decorative cake design. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College and a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts from the International Culinary Center.
