Jim Hodge

Jim Hodge is an experienced Hardware and FPGA Engineer currently at Tower Research Capital, where responsibilities include the architecture, design, simulation, and hardware debugging of an ultra-low-latency 10 Gigabit Ethernet transmit MAC using Xilinx Virtex UltraScale+ FPGA technology. Prior to this role, Jim served as a Senior Research Scientist at Perspecta Labs, focusing on high-speed and low-latency real-time FPGA solutions for various signal processing and networking applications. Additional experience includes positions at Kirana Networks, TrueWay Inc., and Coree Networks, where Jim contributed to the development of advanced networking hardware and ASIC designs. Jim holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
