Justin Zaglio

Justin Z. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently a Principal Software Engineer at Tower Research Capital since 2022, Justin previously held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2014 to 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing Linear Rates Technology and founding the Rates SRE team. Prior to that, Justin served as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from 1999 to 2014, managing significant projects in Fixed Income and Corporate Technology, including the development of intra-day risk systems and improvements to the financial data infrastructure. Justin began the career as a Systems Engineer at Caxton Associates and as a UNIX Systems Engineer at Columbia University, where foundational skills in software and system development were established. Educated at Columbia University, Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science.
