Roger Miu

Roger Miu is an experienced engineer specializing in hardware verification and design, currently serving as the Lead Hardware Verification Engineer at Tower Research Capital since July 2018, focusing on ultra-low latency high-frequency trading systems. Prior to this role, Roger worked at Broadcom Inc. as a Principal Design Verification Engineer from June 2007 to June 2018, engaging in projects related to video decoders and consumer electronics ASICs. Additional experience includes positions at LSI Corp. as an ASIC design and verification engineer, Onex Communications as a Senior Hardware Engineer, and Sandburst as a Senior Member of Technical Staff in ASIC Design. Roger began a career in hardware ASIC engineering at Lucent Technologies, contributing to the design and verification of SONET ASICs. Roger holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
