For the last 6.5 years, I’ve been managing large organizations. I drive the success of my organization through high standards of professionalism and group collaboration. I believe in mentoring my people, by asking questions and supporting creative ideas. I drive to excellence by welcoming the problems and implementing preventive actions. Today, I’m managing a PCB workshop, specializing in producing unique and complex boards for aerospace military and health customers. Before moving to PCB, I worked at TowerJazz Semiconductor, for more than 20 years at various positions until I became the manager of fab1.
