Jim Donnelly

Jim Donnelly is an experienced professional currently serving as Semi Retired at Jim Donnelly Consulting since August 2023. Formerly at Tower Solutions LLC since December 2019, Jim has played a key role in Military Sales and Business Development for a company specializing in mobile towers for various sectors including military and telecommunications. Jim's extensive career includes serving as a Senior Test Manager in the US Army from January 2015 to March 2017, overseeing developmental testing for tactical networks, and previous roles as Test Manager at Janus Research Group and various leadership positions within the Army's Signal Corps from 1988 to 2014. Jim's educational background includes a Master of Science in Operations Research from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Math/Computer Science from Ripon College. A notable personal experience is Jim's time as Captain of Sailing Vessel Serenity, during which Jim and family traveled extensively aboard their sailboat.
