Saurabh Kapoor is the founder and Managing Director of Tower Strategy Group, a boutique consultancy established in July 2008, specializing in transformation, turnaround, and integration initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, Private Equity portfolio companies, and Federal Agencies. With extensive experience in strategic consulting, Saurabh has previously held roles as Sr. Vice President at nxtMOVE Corporation, Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at Choice Hotels International, and Vice President at Kaiser Associates, where contributions drove significant performance improvements across various sectors. Saurabh also served as a faculty member at Georgetown University, teaching advanced courses in global strategy and marketing, and has a strong educational background with an MBA in Strategy from The Wharton School and a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia.
