Abida Rahman

Abida Rahman currently serves as a Business Systems Administrator and Reporting Analyst at Tower Supplies since April 2024. Previously, Abida held the position of Business Process Manager at 288 Group Ltd from August 2021 to October 2023, where responsibilities included prioritizing development requests, measuring project performance, and leading system transformations through SQL and API integrations. Abida also has experience as a Business Process Analyst, focusing on low-code application development and process improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles. Prior to this, Abida was a Project Manager intern at the University of Southampton, managing project communications and work orders, and served as a Chemistry Student Ambassador, honing public speaking and customer service skills. Early experience includes roles at Domino's and as a Lab Technician Assistant at the University of Southampton. Abida earned a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Southampton and completed A-levels at Bournemouth School for Girls.
