Richard Walwasa

Richard Walwasa, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Group Operations Excellence at TowerCo of Africa, where responsibilities include enhancing operational processes and systems efficiency across the company's African operations. With a diverse background in network operations and service delivery, Richard has held key roles at United Wireless Pty Ltd, the International Telecommunication Union, and various telecommunications organizations, including IHS Towers and Google. Richard's extensive education includes an MBA in International Business from the University of Liverpool Management School and a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a focus on Electronics and Telecommunications from Makerere University.
