Peter Demitrovič

Peter Demitrovič is the COO at Towercom. Peter has previously worked as the Head of Information Technology at BVS from January 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were with Home from July 2019 to January 2020 as Sabbaticall. Before that, they were with Slovak Telekom from October 2011 to July 2019 as the Senior Manager ICT. Their responsibilities included managing the design and operation of ICT and residential services in Slovakia and Czech Republic, as well as leading a team of over 150 people in two countries. Some of their main achievements were significant cost reduction (in operation costs, project costs, and processes improvements) and a major increase in customers satisfaction in the area of B2B and residential customers. Prior to that, they were with T-Mobile from June 2001 to September 2011 as the Senior Manager Network Operations. Their responsibilities included being responsible for the operations of mobile and fixed data network services, and managing a team of 120 people in Slovakia with the aim to guarantee a reliable network for all their B2B and residential customers with no or minimum impact also during upgrade or maintenance services. One of their main achievements was successfully redesigning the network operation to a new organization model, which optimized field operations and increased network reliability; this resulted in higher customer satisfaction.

Peter Demitrovič has a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.
