Isabella Panagakos

Isabella Panagakos is a skilled Talent Partner at Thursday Ventures since January 2022, and has been a Partner and Team Lead at Towerhill Associates since October 2017, specializing in High Tech and Life Sciences with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I). Additionally, Isabella serves as a Mentor for BUILT BY GIRLS and has held various roles including Assistant Manager at The Black Dog Tavern, Office of Advancement at Salve Regina University, Marketing Assistant at Slidebean, and Researcher for the Alternative to Violence Project, where substantial contributions were made to conflict resolution workshops and policy research in Costa Rica's prison system. Isabella holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Global Studies and Communications, both from Salve Regina University.
