OUR STRATEGY
TowerPoint grows primarily through acquisition.  The firm has a broad investment mandate targeting US-based digital infrastructure.  We specialize in acquiring and managing rooftops and alternative infrastructure supporting macro-cell base stations, macro cell towers, and a variety of real estate underlying mission critical wireless networks. We participate in a variety of transaction types, including direct assets purchase, joint ventures, whole company acquisitions and loans. Qualified transaction sizes range from $.250 million up to $500+ million.

The Regional Management Team at TowerPoint is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, development, and management of telecommunications infrastructure assets within their designated regions. Each Regional Vice President leads strategic initiatives to grow the portfolio, manage macro cell towers, rooftops, and land cell sites, and ensure optimal deployment of 4G and 5G technologies. The Director of the Market Coordination Group supports these efforts by aligning market activities, while the Marketing/Promotions Coordinator focuses on promoting the team's initiatives and asset value propositions.
