Andy Walker

Andy Walker is a Managing Director and Head of Talent for North America’s East Region at WTW, where they leverage 20 years of experience to enhance Employee Experience (EX) through strategic insights and technology. They have held various leadership roles across the UK and the US, specifically as Managing Director in Great Britain and UK Practice Lead for Communications & Change Management. Andy has a global perspective, having worked in regions including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Canada, and the US, and has focused on organizational change initiatives such as Talent Management and HR transformation. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in History from Reading University.
