Martin Theo Carbon is a seasoned professional in integrated solutions, client management, and diversity initiatives, currently serving as Managing Director of Integrated & Global Solutions at WTW since April 2009. With extensive experience in overseeing large global accounts and representing Austria, Germany, and Switzerland in the Western European Inclusion & Diversity Council, Martin has demonstrated strong leadership in addressing client challenges across various sectors. Prior roles include practice lead positions in Organizational Surveys and Insights and Global Data Services, as well as founding EUCUSA and serving as a Senior Researcher at Fraunhofer IPK. Martin's educational background includes a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering/Production Technology from Technische Universität Berlin and a Vordiplom in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
