Arthur Jurczyk

Arthur Jurczyk has over 19 years of work experience, starting from 2000. Arthur began their career at Stump World Systems Inc., where they worked as a Network Engineer, providing high-level support for the pre-cloud server farm e-commerce environment. Arthur monitored, sustained, and upgraded the BuyItOnline.com live E-commerce Site and maintained the integration environment for the BuyItOnline.com domain. Arthur also built and maintained two live site replicas for the development of the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) Project.

In 2002, Arthur joined Your Business Software Inc. as a Principal Software Developer. Arthur successfully brought an end-to-end online e-commerce store building solution to the market. Arthur designed and developed the Shopping Cart for the "Design a Shop" e-commerce store building product, integrated SMS Text Messaging order notification, Order-to-Fax, and e-mail notification within the Shopping Cart, and integrated live Credit Card Transactions engines using MD5 encryption. Arthur also developed a Vendor and Affiliate signup system (CRM - Customer Relationship Management).

In 2003, Arthur joined Citizens Bank as a Solutions Consultant. Arthur implemented the Endpoint Management System for the bank, leading a network deployment team and providing highest tier support as a subject matter expert. Arthur setup proof-of-concept architectures, User Acceptance and Test Labs, trained the Deployment Team, and setup workflows and documentation for the Endpoint Management System. Arthur also salvaged an XP Migration project through custom tool development.

From 2006 to 2016, Arthur worked at EMC. Arthur started as a Solutions Consultant and later became a Principal Software Engineer. As a Principal Software Engineer, they were responsible for the Endpoint Management System Conversation, which impacted a $12 billion revenue stream annually. Arthur transitioned the Endpoint Management System from Symantec LiveState to Altiris with zero downtime and developed processes, workflows, and tools to increase department efficiency. Arthur automated integration of LiveState Agents, reducing manual work by more than 5,000 hours.

From 2017 to 2019, Arthur worked at Abacus Technology Corporation as an SCCM - SCOM Engineer / Lead Associate.

Currently, Arthur is working as a Sales Account Manager at Towerwall, Inc.

Arthur Jurczyk has a diverse education history. In 1993 to 1998, they studied Electrical Computer Engineering at Northeastern University. In 2006, they attended Boston University, where they completed a program in Applied Project Management. In 2008, they also completed a program in Applied Business Analysis at Boston University. Additionally, Arthur attended the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2007 and obtained Executive Certificates in Strategy and Innovation, as well as in Management and Leadership. Arthur later attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 2015 and completed a program in Cybersecurity: Technology, Application and Policy. In 2016, Arthur furthered their education at Stanford University, focusing on Software Security Foundations as part of an Advanced Computer Security Certificate. Arthur also attended MIT in the same year to study Internet of Things: Roadmap to a Connected World.
