Alicia Gonzalez

Alicia Gonzalez is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Towill, Inc. since November 2001. In this role, Alicia oversees a wide range of HR operations, including the full cycle recruiting process in compliance with OFCCP guidelines, employee orientation, compensation, benefits administration, and conflict resolution.
