Sheila Higgins

Sheila Higgins has extensive experience in marketing and business development, holding various titles in different companies over the years. Currently, Sheila serves as the Marketing & Business Development Manager at Towill, Inc. and was a Board Member at the Society of American Military Engineers. Sheila also has experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Program Coordinator, and Jr. Production Artist in various organizations. Sheila holds an Associate of Arts degree in Social Science from Porterville College.
