Charles Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Charles started their career in the United States Marine Corp. as a CH53E Crew Chief, responsible for inspecting and repairing Marine helicopters. Charles then joined Norfolk Southern Corporation, where they held various roles such as Management Trainee, Mechanical Supervisor, General Foreman, and Senior General Foreman. Their responsibilities included overseeing locomotive repair and maintenance activities, ensuring safety and compliance, and monitoring quality control. Chapman later worked as the General Manager of the Chattanooga Branch at Kenco Group before joining Towlift, Inc. in 2017. At Towlift, they initially served as a Product Support Manager and now holds the position of Sr. Director Product Support. Overall, Chapman has a wealth of experience in leadership, team management, maintenance, and repair in both the military and corporate sectors.
