Gary Estes possesses extensive experience in technical support, training, and operations management within the equipment industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at RECO Equipment, Inc., since October 2017, Gary previously held various roles at Towlift Inc., including Technical Support and Training, Service Manager, and Training Director, beginning in February 1988 and continuing until now. Responsibilities have included course development, customer support, implementation of Lean Six Sigma, and P&L management. Gary's educational background includes studies at The University of Akron from 1989 to 1990 and completion of high school at Cloverleaf School District from 1970 to 1980.
