Heather Bernstein

Heather Bernstein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Heather started their career at Town and Country Living in 2002, initially as the National Sales Manager and later promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2021. During their time at the company, Heather managed various retail accounts, including Target, JCPenney, Bloomingdales, Dillards, and Macy's Home. Heather stayed with Town and Country Living until April 2013. In 2014, Heather founded their own business called Heather B Yoga, where they offer Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga classes, aiming to guide and uplift individuals by helping them find mental, physical, and emotional balance.

Heather Bernstein attended the University at Albany, SUNY from 1990 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters. In 2014, they obtained a certification as a 200 RYT Yoga Instructor from Pure Yoga.
