CJ Carroll has extensive experience in property assessment and sales, currently serving as the Principal Assessor for the Town of Acton, MA since June 2023. Previously, CJ held the same title at the Town of Lunenburg from March 2022 to June 2023 and worked as an Assistant Assessor for the Town of Winthrop from August 2019 to March 2022. CJ’s background also includes roles in sales at Keating Brokerage as a Sales Associate, and ViralGains as an Inside Sales representative, as well as earlier positions at New England Innovation Center, LLC as a Sales Representative, and internships at Natixis Global Asset Management. CJ holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of New Hampshire, earned in 2016.
