Qinrui Pang Eit

QinRui Pang, EIT, currently serves as the Town Engineer for the Town of Acton, MA, where responsibilities since February 2021 include reviewing permits and design plans, preparing AutoCAD drawings, conducting on-site inspections, and performing various engineering analyses related to storm drains and sidewalks. Prior to this role, QinRui held the position of Civil Engineer 1 in the Town of Acton's Engineering Department from February 2012 to February 2021, where similar tasks were performed. Earlier experience includes serving as an Engineering Assistant at CDM, focusing on environmental regulation research and water testing, as well as a Civil Engineering Intern at Nitsch Engineering, where utility design calculations and traffic counts were conducted.
