Cherie Monahan

Cherie Monahan is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in public health and school nursing. Currently serving as a Public Health Nurse for the Town of Andover since March 2019, Cherie previously worked as a School Nurse for Methuen Public Schools and Lawrence Public Schools, providing compassionate care to students aged 4 to 18. Cherie's expertise includes triaging students, managing immunizations, and delivering patient care, along with significant experience in medical management at John Hancock/Wellpoint. Additionally, Cherie has served as a Student Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in various pediatric settings, ensuring comprehensive care for patients from newborn to late adolescence. Cherie holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master of Science in Pediatric Nursing from Regis College.
